Delete your Rytmia account

Rytmia is provided by Endura Systems AB, company registration number 559213-9462. You delete your account and your personal data yourself, in the app or on the web. Both routes are confirmed with a one-time code we send by SMS to your phone number, and the deletion takes effect immediately.

In the Rytmia app

1. Tap your profile picture at the top of the home screen.
2. Choose Delete account at the bottom of the account screen.
3. Confirm with the code we send by SMS.

On the web, without installing the app

1. Go to office.rytmia.app/account/delete.
2. Sign in with your phone number.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm with the code we send by SMS.

The web route works even if you have never had the app installed, if you belong to no organization, and if the organization's subscription has ended.

The deletion is stopped before the code is sent if something needs sorting out first. The service tells you what it is and which organizations are concerned.

• You are checked in somewhere. Check out and try again.
• You are the only administrator of an organization that still exists. Appoint another administrator, or delete the organization, and then try again.

Leaving an organization is not the same as deleting your account. If you leave an organization, only that membership ends, while your account and your other memberships remain.

When you confirm the deletion, the following is removed immediately and cannot be undone. There is no grace period and no restoration.

• Your name and your phone number.
• Your sign-ins and the devices that receive your notifications.
• Your notifications in the service.
• Your memberships in every organization, not only the one you last used.
• Invitations still addressed to your number. They are declined and stripped of name, number and email address.

The phone number then becomes available for a new registration.

What you have recorded for an employer stays with the employer, without your name: attendance at check-in and check-out, checklists, deviations, photos and past assignments. That data is the employer's operational and accounting record. Audit logs retain the details about you that were recorded when the event occurred.

For that data the organization is the controller, not us. The organization decides how long it is kept, and you direct a deletion request to them. If the entire organization is deleted, the data is permanently removed after the end of the month following the month in which the organization was deleted.

If you need to delete the whole organization to proceed, you do that in the app or in the web app. That too is confirmed with a one-time code and takes effect immediately for every member. Export what you need first: a deleted organization cannot be restored. Section 9 of the privacy policy describes what happens to the organization's data and to the final invoice.
