Rytmia + your AI assistant

Ask your AI assistant about your workday.

Connect ChatGPT, Claude, or another AI assistant to Rytmia once. Then ask the way you would ask a colleague, typed or by voice, and get answers from your own schedule instead of guesses.

Works with the AI assistants you already use.

How it works

Connect once. Ask whenever you like.

No new app to learn. You use the assistant you already have, and Rytmia becomes a source it can look things up in, with the same permissions you have in the app.

  1. Connect Rytmia to your assistant

Done once, in the AI assistant you already use: ChatGPT, Claude, or another that supports connections.

  2. Ask by text or voice

Ask the way you would ask a colleague. In voice mode you do not even have to look at the screen.

  3. Get answers from your schedule

The assistant fetches the answer from Rytmia the moment you ask, so it is based on what is actually in the schedule right now.

What you can ask today

Ask about the day, the week, or a single job.

Every answer comes from your schedule in Rytmia the moment you ask, and is read aloud if you ask by voice.

Available now

Your day, your week

Today, tomorrow, the whole week, Saturday, or last Tuesday. Not only your own calendar, but the team’s.

  • What have I got tomorrow?
  • Am I booked on Saturday?
  • What’s the team doing this week?
Available now

Everything attached to a job

Address, who is staffed and their phone numbers, what needs doing, and the instructions on site. It also finds equipment and where it is booked.

  • Who else is on the Acme job tomorrow, and what’s their number?
  • What am I actually meant to do at the Storgatan visit?
  • Where is the Kärcher machine?
Available now

Count, summarise, draft

The assistant counts and summarises from the schedule, and can write a draft for you to pass on.

  • How many hours am I booked for this week?
  • Do I have a gap between jobs on Thursday?
  • Draft a message to the crew about tomorrow’s schedule.
In developmentWe keep building

This is the start. We are steadily expanding what the assistant can answer and do, on the same principle: as easy as asking a colleague.

Where it makes a difference

The answer is where you are, not only at the desk.

Most of a workday in cleaning happens far from a desk. With your voice as the way in, you get the same answers without stopping what you are doing.

In the car between two sites

“What’s the address for my next job, and who do I call when I get there?” The answer is read aloud while you drive.

At the breakfast table

What does the day look like? One question, one list, before the laptop is even open.

When a customer calls

The customer wants to know who is coming this afternoon. Ask, get the answer, answer the customer, without digging through the calendar.

Safe to connect

Your assistant sees what you see. Nothing more.

The same permissions as in the app

The connection runs through your own account. What you cannot see in Rytmia, the assistant cannot fetch either.

Your assistant, your choice

Rytmia does not build its own chatbot for you to learn. Use ChatGPT, Claude, or another assistant you already trust.

Answers from the schedule, not from memory

The assistant fetches the details from Rytmia when you ask, so the answer reflects the latest change in the schedule.

What you ask, and the answers you get, pass through the assistant you chose and are covered by its terms.
