Where it makes a difference
The answer is where you are, not only at the desk.
Most of a workday in cleaning happens far from a desk. With your voice as the way in, you get the same answers without stopping what you are doing.
In the car between two sites
“What’s the address for my next job, and who do I call when I get there?” The answer is read aloud while you drive.
At the breakfast table
What does the day look like? One question, one list, before the laptop is even open.
When a customer calls
