1. What cookies are

This cookie policy describes how Endura Systems AB, company registration number 559213-9462 (“Endura Systems”, “we”, “us” or “our”), uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and in the Rytmia service.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website or use an online service. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags and SDKs, among others. In this policy we use “cookies” as a collective term for these technologies.

2. Why we use cookies

Cookies and similar technology may be used to make the website and the service work, to protect user sessions, to remember settings and to understand technical errors.

This marketing website measures visitor statistics with Cloudflare Web Analytics. The measurement is cookie-free: it stores nothing on your device, reads no information from it and does not follow you between websites.

The website uses no marketing cookies. If any of this changes, we will update the policy and ask for consent before non-essential cookies are used where the law requires it.

3. Types of cookies

3.1 Strictly necessary cookies

Necessary technology supports functions such as sign-in, security, authentication, session handling and protection against abuse. It generally cannot be switched off without the website or service in question ceasing to work correctly.

3.2 Preference cookies

Preference cookies may remember choices such as language, region or interface settings. They are used only where such a function exists and where the use is permitted.

3.3 Analytics and visitor statistics

Analytics cookies may be used to understand how a website or service is used and where technical problems arise. Rytmia's marketing website uses no analytics cookies.

Visitor statistics are instead collected without cookies. What is recorded is which page was visited, where the visit came from, approximate geographic region, device type and browser, and measurements of how quickly the page loaded. The data is compiled into statistics and is not used to identify individual visitors or to build profiles.

3.4 Marketing cookies

Marketing cookies may be used to measure campaigns or tailor communication. Rytmia's marketing website does not currently use marketing cookies.

4. Third-party technology

Service providers that help us with operations, security, authentication, support or embedded content may use necessary technology when you use their functions.

The cookie-free visitor statistics on the marketing website are provided by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes the data on our behalf. The processing may involve a transfer outside the EU/EEA, with the safeguards described in section 8 of our privacy policy.

The home page shows a film hosted on YouTube, provided by Google Ireland Limited. Nothing is loaded from YouTube when the page loads: until you press the play button, we show a still image served from our own server. When you start the film, the player is loaded from YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube then receives your IP address and may store and read information on your device under Google's own terms and privacy policy. This may involve a transfer outside the EU/EEA.

Websites and services we link to may use cookies under their own terms and privacy policies. Rytmia is not responsible for their use of cookies.

5. Consent

Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before we use non-essential cookies. You should then be able to accept, decline or change your choice.

Strictly necessary cookies do not normally require consent, because they are needed to provide the website or service you request.

The marketing website's visitor statistics neither store nor read information on your device, and are therefore not covered by the consent described above.

6. How to manage cookies

You can view, block and delete cookies through the settings in your browser or device. If you block necessary technology, parts of Rytmia may stop working correctly, for example sign-in or session handling.

If we introduce a dedicated cookie settings tool, you will also be able to change your choices there.

7. Retention period

Session cookies are normally deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain for a set period or until you delete them. The retention period depends on the cookie's purpose and provider.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update the cookie policy to reflect changes in technology, law or our use of cookies. The latest version is always available on our website.

9. Contact

If you have questions about our use of cookies, you can contact Endura Systems AB through our contact page.
